By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data in accordance with the following description. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as accessed pages or names of accessed files, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being directly related to your person. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

lit. c) Processing of personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject under applicable EU law or under applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is applicable in whole or in part.
lit. d) Processing of personal data to safeguard the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

The legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.

We process personal data for the duration necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict the processing accordingly.

If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want the assignment to your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses it for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the person responsible for data processing on this website is outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the data processing of Google Analytics is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as Google.
The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is done via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your use in the settings there under “My Data”, “Personal Data”.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “_anonymizeIp();” to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses. This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form so that they cannot be associated with a specific person. If the data collected about you can be assigned to a person, this will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately.
In exceptional cases, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: Disable Google Analytics.
In addition, you can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking on this link: Disable Google Analytics. This stores a so-called opt-out cookie on your data carrier, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that when deleting all cookies on your device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, i.e. You must set the opt-out cookies again if you want to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set per browser and computer/end device and must therefore be activated separately for each browser, computer or other device.

YouTube
Functions of the “YouTube” service are integrated on this website. “YouTube” is owned by Google Ireland Limited, a company incorporated and operated under Irish law with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which operates the services in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
Your legal agreement with “YouTube” consists of the conditions, which can be found at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/static? gl=de&template=terms&hl=de. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and “YouTube” regarding your use of the Services. Google’s Privacy Policy explains how “YouTube” treats and protects your personal information when you use the Service.

Vimeo
This website is responsible for plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. When you visit a page that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection is established between your browser and a Vimeo server in the USA. Information about your visit and your IP address is stored there. Through interactions with the Vimeo plugins (e.g. clicking the start button), this information is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored there. The privacy policy of Vimeo with more detailed information on the collection and use of your data by Vimeo can be found in the privacy policy of Vimeo.

If you have a Vimeo user account and do not want Vimeo to collect data about you through this website and link it to your member data stored at Vimeo, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting this website.

In addition, Vimeo calls up the Google Analytics Tracker via an iFrame in which the video is accessed. This is Vimeo’s own tracking, to which we do not have access. You can prevent tracking by Google Analytics by using the deactivation tools that Google offers for some Internet browsers. You can also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by Google Analytics and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

Spam protection in the contact form

Data used: If Akismet is activated on the website, the transmission data of the contact form – IP address, user agent, name, e-mail address, website and message – will be transmitted to the Akismet service (also owned by Automattic) exclusively for the purpose of spam checking. The actual transmission data is stored in the database of the website on which it was transmitted and sent by e-mail directly to the owner of the form (i.e. to the website author who published the page on which the contact form is located). This e-mail contains the IP address, time stamp, name, e-mail address, website and sender’s message.

Synchronized data ( ? ): Post and post metadata associated with the submission of a user’s contact form. If Akismet is enabled on the website, the IP address and user agent that were originally submitted with the comment are also synchronized because they are stored in the post-meta.

Protection against brute force attacks

Data used: To check login activity and possibly block fraudulent attempts, the following information is used: the IP address of the trying user, the e-mail address/user name of the trying user (i.e. according to the value he wanted to use during the login process) and all IP-related HTTP headers attached to the trying user.

Tracked activity: Failed login attempts (including IP address and user agent). We also set a cookie ( jpp_math_pass) for a day to remember whether/when a user has successfully completed a math captcha to prove that he is a real person. Learn more about this cookie.

Data synchronized ( ? ): Failed login attempts that contain the user’s IP address, attempted user name or email address, and information about the user agent.

Jetpack statistics

Data used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com user name (if logged in), user agent, visit URL, referring URL, time stamp of the event, browser language, country code. Important: The website owner does not have access to this information via this function. For example, a website owner can see that a particular post has 285 views, but he/she cannot see which specific users/accounts have viewed this post.Statistical logs – which contain visitor IP addresses and WordPress.com usernames (if available) – are kept by Automattic for 28 days and used exclusively to operate this function.

Tracked activity: post and page views, video playback (if videos are hosted by WordPress.com), outbound link clicks, referring URLs and search engine terms, and country. When this feature is enabled, Jetpack also tracks performance on each page view, including the JavaScript file used to track statistics. This is for aggregated performance tracking on all Jetpack websites to ensure that our plugin and code does not cause performance issues. This includes tracking the page load times and the load time of resources (image files, JavaScript files, CSS files, etc.). The website owner has the option to force this function to take into account the DNT settings of visitors.

Changes
We may change this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. The current version published on our website applies. Insofar as the privacy policy is part of an agreement with you, we will inform you of the change by e-mail or in any other appropriate way in the event of an update.

Liability claims against the author for damages of a material or immaterial nature resulting from access or use or Non-use of the published information, caused by misuse of the connection or by technical malfunctions, are excluded.

All offers are subject to change. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.
