Senior Cohousing in Poland

Let’s Live Together is a research and development project focused on creating the first comprehensive support system for cohousing initiatives in Poland.

The project responds to two major societal challenges: the housing crisis and the rapidly ageing population. Many older adults want to remain independent and live in their own homes, yet existing housing systems rarely support community-based living.

Project approach

The project develops and tests a service that enables communities, cities, and partners to initiate cohousing projects.

Pedestrian Mobility Switzerland contributes expertise on public space, walkability, and mobility management, and supports direct learnings from Switzerland’s cooperative housing sector and community-oriented urban planning.

International collaboration

The project is implemented by an interdisciplinary consortium combining research, design, and international expertise.
